“We offer full-service menus to our conventions and can accommodate very large groups.” says Executive Chef, Trevor Robertson, who has previously been awarded the prestigious Chef of the Year title by the Canadian Culinary Federation of Chefs de Cuisine. "Now with RATIONAL, we can accommodate even more customers."
Back when the Radisson Saskatoon had convection ovens, Chef Trevor shares that it was quite difficult to maintain consistency of their plated banquets. However, since switching to RATIONAL they no longer have this issue. The hotel was even able to expand its banqueting menu.
“Several of our banqueting departments have been able to implement an a la carte service style for our catering customers. We call it “Four Course, Your Choice” and we are able to accommodate this style for up to 450 people. Our customers love it.”
